Terms and conditions
These terms govern use of Alzu Products as cloud software and contracting custom Alzu Studio work. For Products, each business's plan, scope, and price are those published on alzu.io or agreed in writing at signup; for Studio, scope, timeline, and price are those in the proposal you accept.
1. SaaS license (Alzu Products)
Alzu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the contracted software according to your plan and each business's configuration.
The service includes the panel, modules enabled for your industry, and depending on configuration, a store or other sales channels. The monthly fee covers access to the agreed software, hosting, maintenance, updates, and support per the contracted plan.
2. Account, businesses, and billing per Business
You may create a user account in the hub and manage multiple businesses from the same account.
Each business has its own subscription, configuration, and service status. Alzu Products billing is per business unless a different written agreement applies.
Collaborators invited to a business do not create an additional subscription by sharing the same Business.
Service statuses (active, pending implementation, suspended, etc.) are shown in the hub and may restrict access when appropriate.
3. Professional product setup (optional)
You may use Alzu Products without professional implementation: create the business and load catalog, customers, and settings yourself.
Product-oriented professional setup is a separate service that may include assessment, migration, initial load, domain, training, or other software-related deliverables. Scope and billing are defined in each proposal; it is not included in the monthly fee unless expressly stated.
4. Alzu Studio (custom services)
Alzu Studio covers professional services such as UI design, marketing, automations, and custom development, contracted separately from the software.
Each engagement is defined in a written proposal (scope, timelines, deliverables, revisions, and price). It is not included in the Alzu Products monthly fee unless the proposal says so explicitly.
Studio deliverables (for example designs, landings, or integrations) are governed by that proposal and by these general terms where they do not conflict with the specific agreement.
If you contract Studio and Products, each line keeps its own billing and terms; the software subscription remains subject to the license, cancellation, and data sections of this document.
5. Your business data, content, and payments
You are responsible for information you load in each business and for having the authorizations needed to process third-party data.
Alzu provides infrastructure and tools; we do not validate the legality of commercial content you publish on your store or channels.
Payments your business receives from its customers (ecommerce, POS, integrations such as Mercado Pago enabled by the business) are independent of billing for your Alzu Products subscription.
6. Acceptable use and credentials
You must use the platform lawfully, without attempting to breach security, interfere with other users, extract data abusively, or overload the service.
Credentials are personal or assigned to your organization; do not share them outside users authorized for the business. You are responsible for activity under your access.
7. Service availability
Alzu aims to keep the service available and fix incidents with reasonable effort, consistent with an evolving SaaS product.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or numeric response times in these general terms; any specific commitment must appear in separate commercial documentation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alzu is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use or inability to use the service, except for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Alzu's total liability to you for the SaaS service is limited to the amount actually paid by the affected business in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
9. Term, cancellation, and refunds
Alzu Products is contracted for monthly or annual periods.
Monthly plan: no minimum commitment. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid and no new charges accrue after that. Months already paid are not refunded.
Annual plan: you may request early cancellation with a refund of the amount paid within the first 30 calendar days from the payment date. After those 30 days no refund applies, and the plan stays active until it expires without renewing.
Cancellation requests are made by emailing hola@alzu.io or via WhatsApp at the number published on alzu.io, from the account holder's email or phone. We confirm receipt and the effective date.
You may change plans at any time; the change applies from the next period.
If we change your plan price, we notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you disagree, you may cancel before the new price applies.
The above does not limit rights granted by applicable law.
10. Your data after cancellation
From when cancellation takes effect, your account stays in read-only mode for 30 days so you can export products, customers, sales, and invoices.
We then retain the data 60 more days without panel access in case you need recovery (request it at hola@alzu.io).
90 days after cancellation we delete the data, except receipts, invoices, and accounting records, which we keep for 10 years as required by law (art. 328 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code).
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Competent courts are those that apply under consumer and jurisdiction rules for the case.
We may update these terms; the current version will be published on this site with the last updated date shown above.
