Each location includes 1 user: you. The Kitchen and Bookings Complete bundles, Classes and Institute include 4 (you and 3 more). Included users from all your locations add up. Beyond that, the 1st extra user is + US$5/mo, the 2nd + US$4/mo and, from the 3rd on, + US$4/mo each. They're paid once per business, with their own roles and permissions.
Locations
More than one location? Each location pays for its own setup: its bundle or add-ons and its extras (photo search). Users are counted per business. Each location can have its own add-ons and still gets its discount: 30% off everything at your 2nd location, and 50% off at each one from the 3rd on.
- Online and in-store at every location: US$59 for your main location, US$41 for the 2nd and US$29 for each one after that.
- Online and in-store with Photo search: US$64 for your main location, US$45 for the 2nd and US$32 for each one after that.

Do you charge a commission on my sales?
No. You pay your monthly subscription and Alzu takes no commission on your sales. In Argentina, you get paid into your own Mercado Pago account, and Mercado Pago charges its own processing fees. In other countries, you arrange payment with your customers directly.
How do I get paid by my customers if my business is in the US or Europe?
In the US and Europe, your online space takes orders and bookings, and you arrange payment with your customers directly: bank transfer, cash or whatever method you already use. Built-in online payments (checkout and automatic billing) currently work with Mercado Pago, in Argentina only.
Is there a product limit?
No, you can add unlimited products.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The monthly subscription has no lock-in: cancel anytime by emailing hola@alzu.io or messaging us on WhatsApp. If you paid for the yearly plan, you can cancel it with a refund within 30 days of payment. After that, it stays active until it expires.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the product and the add-ons you choose: from US$16/mo (Bookings base). You start with a base and add only what you need, or pick a bundle and save. Prices are shown in USD for all countries outside Argentina, including Europe.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes: you pay for 10 months and get 12, so 2 months are free.
How long does it take to go live?
The same day you sign up: your online space is set up and live, ready for you to add your products or services. If you hire custom UI design, it takes 5 to 7 days. If you also add the initial setup, it can take 5 to 7 more days, depending on the number of products, data and photos. 14 days at most, depending on the initial setup and the UI design each business needs.
Do I have to upload everything myself?
You get the system ready to go. If you prefer, we can do the initial setup for you, together with the custom design or on its own, with a custom quote.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every product includes your subdomain (for example, yourbusiness.alzu.io), and if you already have your own domain, we connect it at no extra cost. If you don't have one yet, registering a new domain is included when you hire custom UI design.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
For 30 days your account stays read-only so you can export your products, customers, sales and invoices. 90 days after cancellation, your data is deleted, except for receipts and accounting records, which the law requires us to keep for 10 years.

How do I pay if I'm not in Argentina?

Yes. We work with businesses in LATAM, the US and Europe, in English and Spanish. Prices are shown in USD.
Do I get a discount on Studio if I use an Alzu product?
Yes. You get 15% off any Alzu Studio service if you have an active Alzu product with your payments up to date when you hire Studio, or if you sign up for a product and Studio together. It applies to projects, improvements and monthly services, including marketing, and it can be combined with other promotions. Request a quote, let us know you're already a customer, and we'll send you the proposal with the discount applied. The discount applies to the full project total. If you cancel your product, it no longer applies to payments after that. It's also valid outside Argentina.
